  • Piney Point Lighthouse Museum & Park - (Clements, MD) - Built in 1836, rests in its original location on the Potomac River along with the keeper's quarters. The Museum interprets the history of the Lighthouse along with the Black Panther U-1105, a sunken German Submarine, now an historic dive preserve. Picnic and pier facilities available.   • St. Clement's Island-Potomac River Museum - (Colton's Point, MD) - A nationally accredited museum that interprets Maryland's earliest history with the first colonial landing at St. Clement's Island in March of 1634. Water taxi to St. Clement's Island, Birthplace of Maryland, available weekends Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. Picnic and pier facilities. Call for more info.
  • Cold War Museum - (Fairfax, VA) - A 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to education, preservation, and research on the global, ideological, and political confrontations between East and West from the end of World War II to the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
